THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This designer chic vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, liveable comfort. The free flowing floor-plan with brand new flooring provides plenty of space for your entire group spend time together or step away for some alone time. Sliding glass doors and large windows let the light pour in and reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. Everything has been updated for the way we live today with upgraded heating and cooling systems, high speed internet, flatscreen TVs, gas fireplace and comfortable sleeping quarters.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The expansive yard is walled and gated for privacy with absolutely gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountains. The sparkling pool and spa is at the center of the yard - surrounded by a napping hammock and lounge chair cabana. The ficus hedge and mature citrus, olive and palm trees add an element of seclusion. An outdoor covered dining pavilion and BBQ grill with outdoor sink round out this very special property - it’s a great place for living the good life!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The spacious Master Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, sliding doors to the pool and mountain views. The en suite bath is stunning, it has has dual sinks, walk-in closet, soaking tub and triple shower. The second and third Master Suites have a King bed and two Twin beds respectively - and each has brand new ensuite bathrooms. There is also a designer hall powder bath.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. However the garage is not available.

** Optional pool and spa heat is available. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees upon request with an additional fee of $90 per day. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Pool and spa heating will be billed separately on your booking platform**
