Spread out in this ideally sized two-bedroom condo with bathrooms to accommodate each bedroom. Rejuvenate by the ambient fireplace heat, relax on the cozy couch, or just chill from your private balcony.  Enjoy the nature that surrounds Carter Park with adventurous sledding fun in the winter! 

Atrium is complete with a fully stocked kitchen and dining for up to six.  No stay is complete without indulging in delicious home-cooked meals and sofa lounging.  For extra guests, the sofa comes complete with a queen sleeper for two.  

Finally, Atrium offers a spacious common area for all of its guests which includes a delightful fire pit area, gas grill, coin-operated laundry, and a common hot tub for soothing nights. 

Please note, this unit only accommodates parking for one (1) vehicle. Inquire within for additional options for parking.
