Beautiful stay

We had a lovely stay in Faulensee which is right down the road from Spiez and a short east drive from Interlaken. The view from the yard is AMAZING, the lodging comfortable, and the host very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much Ursula! The only little confusion we had at the beginning was knowing the check-in/check-out details before we arrived, but everything turned out to be easy as Ursula lives above and met us onsite for a walk-thru. Thanks again!!

31 Days in Spiez/Faulensee

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It gave us a taste of what Swiss living is like. There’s a market nearby & the train station is just a few minutes away by bus & the bus is free. The apartment is clean and well-stocked with supplies, silverware, etc. The view of the garden & the lake is priceless. Our hostess, Ursula, is very accommodating & very sweet. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate via Google Translate. Our stay here will never be forgotten.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauch. Kalte getränke standen bei Ankuft im Kühlschrank. Der Garten mit Blick auf See und Berge, war unser persönliches Highlight. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um Ausflüge im Berner Oberland zu unternehmen.

Ideale Paar-Wohnung

Wir wurden von der Hausbesitzerin freundlich empfangen und gut betreut. Die ruhige, saubere Erdgeschoss-Wohnung, war für uns ideal. Der Wohn.- sowie der Schlafraum sind hell und einladend. Gute Betten. Die Küche hat leider kein Fenster, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Herrliche Auszeit in wunderschöner Umgebung

Schon die Ankunft in sommerlicher Hitze wird bei einem kaltgestellten Bierchen angenehm. Die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich freundlich, am Ende zweier Wochen kann man man von freundschaftlich sprechen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich, man hat alles, was man braucht. Und der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Een fijn ontvangst door de gastvrouw en een mooie vakantie gehad in het dorpje Faulensee nabij Spiez. Prachtig uitzicht over de Thunnensee en naar de bergen de gehele dag. elke dag van buiten en genieten van de prachtige omgeving. supermarktje op loop afstand voor vers brood en boodschappen. echt genoten van het mooie landschap. het appartement is wat gedateerd maar schoon en compleet met aparte woonkamer, keuken, badkamer met toilet en slaapkamer. de autoweg achter de dijk en de treinbaan weinig hoorbaar in de nachtelijke uren.

We hebben een super week gehad in het appartement van Ursula in Faulensee aan het Thuner meer. Heerlijk en volledig ingericht vakantiehuis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat is er nu mooier dan ontbijten in de morgen met daarbij een heerlijk uitzicht over de Thuner See !! Een aanrader.

Sehr schöne Schweiz

Pracht omgeving en vanaf het terras zeer mooi zicht op het meer. Het is een klein appartement maar van alles voorzien. Ursula is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je hoort er wel de bovengelegen weg en trein maar dit was voor ons niet hinderlijk.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt am Thunersee

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besitzerin wohnt in der Wohnung darüber, ist sehr freundlich und erteilt jederzeit gerne Auskünfte und Tipps. Lage ist sehr gut, man ist zu Fuß schnell unten am See, (herauf dauert es etwas länger...). Bahngleis und Hauptstraße sind nicht weit entfernt. Hört man schon deutlich, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem. Faulensee eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Bahn hält zwar nicht mehr dort (man muss nach Spiez fahren), aber ansonsten stehen alle Möglichkeiten offen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
