The location of this property is absolutely amazing! The inside was clean and spacious and I was in love with the decor (especially in the kitchen)! We had our dogs with us also and there was plenty of room in the yard for them to run around. When we were there the upstairs was vacant so I’m not sure how it would be with upstairs neighbors but it’s very private so I’m certain it would be just as quiet and charming. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and safe…you forget you’re still in Anchorage. It’s only a 5-10 minute drive from shopping and all of the restaurants. I definitely recommend this property!

Great stay near the airport

Stayed as two couples. Loved how it was decorated, close to the airport but out of town. We started and ended our trip at Hygge Hideaway and couldn't be happier. If we ever come to Alaska we would stay here again.

Easy to find, very cute / cozy vibe. Set at the very beginning of a gravel road, but close to everything in Anchorage. A great place to end our Alaska vacation!

Stayed as two couples. Close to the airport but out of downtown. Place was super clean and we loved how it was decorated. Started and ended our trip here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever make it back to Alaska.

Great stay

Was a wonderful place to stay. Has just about everything needed to a plug and play comfy stay. One recommendation would be to have a couple lamps bc the lights can be pretty bright.

Hi Crystal, we’re glad you enjoyed yourself! Sorry the lights seemed bright. There are dimmer switches for the main lights and a few lamp options but we certainly can investigate adding more.

We stayed in the lower apartment of a cute little hose in a very nice neighborhood. After further reading I realized it was the lower apartment, not the door shown in the photo. I missed that in the description. I as traveling with our late 80 year old parents so the steps were a problem we had to navigate. We did. The interior was decorated nice. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. Lots of towels, but no washcloths. It was just overlooked when getting the place ready I am sure. The amenities were fine with everything needed, but not much variety. It was a good nights sleep for the 1 night we stayed overall.

Hygge Hideaway

Place was very nice. We thought we were staying at the place pictured, but we were in a lower unit which was very nice and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and everything else worked fine. Should post wifi info on check-in.

Charming, Clean, Wonderful Communications!

We really liked staying here! The whole place is bright (good light!) and had great bedding, a wonderful atmosphere, and cute accessories. Communication with the host always got a very prompt reply. This was one of my kids' and my favorites of all the places we stayed during our trip to Alaska.

One night stay

Clean, comfortable. Only issue was squeaky floor from folks upstairs, they came in after we went to bed and noise woke us up. Otherwise all was good.
