Apartment with sea view Estepona

The apartment is in Estepona 60m2 with balcony 75m2 all rooms are well separated with a small hall.
First location at the marina on the 9th floor with a view of the harbor and the sea. You have sun there until noon.
Via an entrance in the staircase you can go directly to the roof and there you have a panoramic view of the sea and the landscape. There are also clothes lines (but is not private)
The beaches are about 200 meters away.
The marina is home to many restaurants, bars and typical Spanish tapas and fish restaurants
Supermarkets are on the doorstep
Pool is available
Kitchen is fully equipped with grill, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishes
The bathroom has a BD and washing machine, shower with bathtub and hairdryer
We have 1 bedroom (water bed 180 x 200) and in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people with duvet etc.
Every room is air-conditioned
Internet is available and international television via Astra
The apartment is not far from the city center which can be easily reached on foot via the beach promenade. The promenade is opened up to Marbella
Lidl, Aldi, Conforama and other large supermarkets are in town and everything is about 5 minutes away.
You can park directly in the private street only by key
The block is camera monitored has 3 lifts
There are 2 entrances 1 directly to the marina
Málaga is 40 minutes by car Gibraltar 30 minutes
There is a lounge on the terrace and has a direct view of the sea and the marina
All around there are golf courses nearby West and Friends Golf, El Paraíso Golf, Los Arqueros Golf, Real Club de Golf Guadalmina but there are many more to Malaga.
