This cozy location is idea for MATURE couples or adults that need a place to getaway and catch some staycation vibes! This IS NOT A PARTY HOME. Please rent a hall if needed. 10 people max. Only 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Detroit. The home can sleep up to 8 persons or four couples. 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen). Then there is a living area in the finished basement with a 4th bed-full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy a fully finished, detached entertainment garage with a large hot tub, pool table, wall bar, TV, and minifridge. Park with walking track directly across the street.

The Best Weekend Away!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! It is very spacious. The kitchen was cute and chic, the basement was amazing for watching the Lions, and the garage was stunning! TVs in every room were a plus as well. I would 100% book here again for a special occasion.

Diamond in the Rough

While the neighborhood was not what we anticipated, you immediately forget about it when stepping foot on nicely gated the property. The home itself was stunning and so beautifully decorated. The stone shower is very cool. The garage was such a fun place to hang out to play pool and darts, and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor area with a bonfire going. We were extremely impressed with the feeling of privacy with the greenery and fence, and just the property overall. We plan to check out Sarita's other property for our next trip!

Comfortable and Nice Touches

Driving through the neighborhood to the location was quite nerve wracking, and some of my group was afraid to wait for me to get there to open the gate and left. Once inside the gate and in the home, it was very nice. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub does not get very warm.. it tops out at 96 - 98 degrees and it's not therapeutic until after 101 and up to 104 degrees, but we made due... there was no kindling for the outdoor firepit, and the wood that was there was wet, and we could not get it to burn, so the fireside chats and smores we had planned for team building went to the wayside. For the unexpected things that did not go right, there were other very nice touches... walking in the front door with zen music and mood lighting and a personalized message were very nice. The kitchen was small, but very ample stocked. The host was communicative and very nice.

Sarita has put a lot of thought into making this home feel welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook in. There are unique touches throughout the house. The entertainment garage and hot tub were great. Quick and clear communication with the host, easy check in and out process. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and close to all the downtown fun. It was a great place to come back to and relax and play pool, use the hot tub, etc. we would stay here again. BThe only issue for me was that it was advertised as 4 bedrooms. Granted, when I book, I do so quickly, so I saw slide show photos and 1 included a pullout bed/couch. So I assumed there were four bedrooms and a pullout couch. There are actually three bedrooms and a pullout. I discussed this with the host and she said she would be changing that description.

Lovely weekend getaway

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend while in town for an event. As many other reviewers have noted, the location is on a slightly rundown block, however, with the gates and security, it wasn’t much of a concern. The property was lovely, with a ton of fun lighting and decorations- we were all impressed upon arrival! The host was very friendly and informative with all communications, and we were even able to check in early. All necessities were provided on property and then some- bbq supplies, fire starters for the pit, waters, tea+creamers, and much more. The host even left a list of nearby grocery stores and restaurants! The hot tub was lovely, and sound insulation in the entertainment garage was impressive. I brought my own robe but was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of robes and towels on property. Overall it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely book this Vrbo again if I ever return to the area.

Anniversary Staycation

I read all of the reviews before booking. I saw that the majority were positive. Some people spoke on the location, we stayed for 2 nights and never heard any noise, it was absolutely quiet and relaxing. Even though it’s not a great neighborhood the gate to get in made you feel like you were someplace else. Sarita,was amazing, and always available if we needed anything or had questions. She definitely didn’t miss a beat with everything. There were robes, towels and anything you could possibly need. I had brought my seasonings to cook for our anniversary dinner and she had them already available as well. When I tell you that you won’t be disappointed, that’s exactly it!!! I absolutely loved our stay and will always keep PS Grand Getaways my first choice when booking again. Thanks again!!!!

This property has had a lot of TLC put into it. It's a place that makes you feel cozy yet gives vacation getaway vibes! Whether guests want to lay back and relax or just have fun with their favorite couples or friends, this is the place to be. There is an outdoor firepit area for guests who love to be outdoors, and there's a full entertainment garage that has heat or air conditioning for all seasons. It features a large hot tub, pool table, billiard board wall bar, and Television to keep our guests engaged with things to do right at home! Inside the home are comfy custom-made sturdy floating beds and warm cozy robes to wear. There's also a fully finished basement with a game area to add to our guest entertainment. Lastly, who doesn't love a good picture to capture good memories? We have a beautiful large mural of Detroit to take pictures with!
