The house was easy to get to & from anywhere we went. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. We had 4 adults & a baby with dogs. The beds were comfortable but with only blinds in the bedrooms ,the sun woke us up very early for a vaca also it kept the rooms warm so when we returned it took a while for them to cool off. It was overall a great experience.
I rented this property to live in while trying to find my forever home in New Braunfels. I made a reservation and even extended it for a week while transitioning into the home i bought. The house was central to so many attractions, literally right down the road from Gruene and New Braunfels downtown and many restaurants. This property was clean, inside and out! Very well taken care of. They mowed the lawn bi-weekly and did maintenance if it was necessary. The Host was ALWAYS accessible and on top of emails. We had a minor emergency and they were on top of it asap! We had pets and although, it was not necessary, I covered all of the furniture to keep hair off of it. The yard was great for our dog and they even had a waster scooper. There was a beautiful fire pit with Adirondack chairs and chairs with a BBQ pit on the back porch. In the evenings, i would sit on the back porch and enjoy the breeze and birds. All in all, if I had to do all over again, i wouldn't change a thing, In addition if I have friends and family that need a VRBO in the area, I will definitely recommend this property or the Host.
