The villa’s outdoor space is the true star: a heated 9.5m x 5m saltwater pool with electric safety cover, nearly 250m² of terraces, a landscaped garden, chill-out sofas, a covered dining area for 12, and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking Mediterranean views — on a clear day, you can even see Africa.

Recently built and designed by the owner, a British interior designer, the villa is a short drive from the beach and next to Atalaya Golf. Its four terraces provide ample space for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.

Inside, enjoy a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a real fireplace, a Samsung NeoQLED TV, and Denon soundbar. The modern kitchen features 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge, and plenty of storage. The dining table seats 12 comfortably.

For entertainment and wellness, the villa includes:
Gym: rowing machine, static bike, kettlebell, free weights, yoga mats
Cinema room: large NeoQLED TV, soundbar, comfy seating.
Games: ping pong table & foosball table.

Villa layout & features: 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 8 toilets, 5 super king beds (3 bedrooms can convert to singles), 1 king with wheelchair access, underfloor heating, air conditioning, garage for 2 cars + extra parking, 4 terraces, landscaped garden.

Located in a quiet, high-end neighbourhood with 24hr security, the villa is ideal for relaxed stays. Noisy groups or bookings made solely by 20–30-year-olds are not accepted, though family groups in this age range are welcome.
Nearby construction exists, but the villa is set further along the road and guests generally enjoy a calm and peaceful stay.

Pool heating is available on request for €600 per week.

Wonderful stay in Marbella

Our family had a wonderful stay in the villa. It was decorated beautifully and had every amenity you could wish for. The outdoor spaces were amazing and great for socializing and enjoying the sunset on the roof deck. The owner, and the management company, were very accessible and answered all our questions very promptly. Check in was smooth and Anna and Terri were wonderful!!!! The location was great. Up in the hills with easy access to Marbella, Ronda, Mika and Malaga. Would definitely rent the villa again.

Why they chose this property

Paul and I dreamed of a villa in Spain to escape the English winters and enjoy more time together. After finding a perfect plot in the hills of Benahavis near Marbella, with stunning modern villas and incredible sea views, we set about designing our dream home. Building began in early 2021, right in the middle of COVID, which meant monthly visits and regular Zoom calls with the builders and architects. It was challenging at times, but seeing it come to life has been incredibly rewarding, we couldn’t be happier with the finished villa.
