There are so many reasons to stay in Cedar City and so many different options, we just appreciate that you booked or considered booking our home.

We have other homes in the area too. If you are trying to find places for lots of family, let us know and we will tell you some options that may be available.

What makes this property unique

This home is mostly brand new. It is called the Phoenix because one of our tenants' car caught on fire, in the garage, and destroyed our humble home.

The Phoenix went under rehab for seven months and just like that, it is now better than it was before the fire.
