Secluded Private Pink-Sand Beach-Front Grand 3-Home Mediterranean Estate w/Pool
Rates, Procedures, and Description.
-The Large Estate comprises 3 Private Homes, a Private Pool, and a Private Beach.
-The Base Rate includes up to 10 guests. Each additional guest is $100/night.
-The estate accommodates a maximum of 16 guests.
-Bookings of 10 or more guests include the estate's 3 Homes.
-The pool and estate grounds are always included with your booking, regardless of the number of guests at your party.
- Your party is the only party booked at the estate, ensuring your privacy regardless of the number of guests.
-Booking of 7 nights or more includes a 5% discount.
-If your booking is for 1-4 guests, you will be booked in the Main Home only, and you will receive a 25% discount off the base rate total before fees and after your inquiry.
-For Smaller parties, you may also request to add the Cottage Home, Pool Home, or both (Estate), which can be included in your booking (regardless of the number of guests) for an extra fee of $130.00/night for each home.
-Children under 1 are Free. Please include this in your inquiry. (Don't count them as guests.)
-Our "Last Minute" bookings are considered 30 days or less before the arrival date; if you cancel at least 5 days before the booking date, you will receive a Full Refund regardless of the agreement cancellation terms.
-The minimum age for head of party booking is 30.
INSURANCE:
We REQUIRE you to purchase the inexpensive "Damage Protection Insurance"
(No-Blame policy) conveniently offered through CSA for $89.
It's always HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your vacation as an investment
with "CANCELLATION" insurance, which is also offered through CSA.
Our Rental Agreement and Information will be attached to the booking.
If you prefer, don't hesitate to contact us with your VRBO inquiry to

-The Larger Main Home with 2 Bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 Adults (2 couples) in 2 Master Bedroom Suites (King and Queen Beds) and 2 Adults/Children in a Queen Sofa bed in the Great room for 6 guests.
-The Smaller Cottage Home with 2 Bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 Adults in 2 Master Bedroom Suites (Queen Beds) and 2 Adults/Children in 2 Single Sofa beds in the Great room for 6 guests.
-The Pool House with 2 Bedroom (No Kitchen) Suites accommodates 4 Adults in 2 King Master Bedroom Suites. The Entire Estate holds a Maximum of 16 guests.
-All 6 Bedroom Suites Have Full Baths.

The Estate of Villa de Palmas has been family-owned since its inception. After 3 years of searching, the right beachfront property was purchased in 1989. Initially, the estate took 8 years to develop with a vision for grandness 'island style'.
Today after more than 30 years, Villa de Palmas continues that vision.
Villa de Palmas was designed by an architectural firm specializing in Mediterranean/Caribbean-style homes with the Affluent Client in mind.
This Eco-Friendly Net-Zero Carbon Footprint Solar Powered Estate occupies nearly 3 acres on a very secluded pink sand beach situated on one of the highest points in the area with the main home commanding a 360-degree view of the lush tropical foliage and the azure seascape.
Just a few welcoming steps up from the entrance will afford an enlightening rejuvenation of what island life should be, totally carefree.
Entering the Grand Estate of Villa de Palmas is an enlightening experience as the Main Home is distinctively perched high on a hill that can be seen at a distance. Tasteful entry monuments establish your arrival from the private road followed by low decorative walls as you enter the property's interior circular driveway. Along the way, you're sure to notice our Earth-Friendly Solar Farm conspicuously nestled in a small valley of sorts alongside one of the estate's underground water sources. Compliments to our Sun which provides all the electrical needs for the entire estate. In the center of the driveway is a Pineapple Fountain and pond adding to the tropical elegance.
The estate comprises three very private homes that uniquely adorn the landscape. The Main Home is the Pinnacle the largest and most grand home while the smaller cottage and pool homes add to the estate's distinction. The homes have fully appointed rooms affording magnificent panoramic views and are brilliantly designed to capture the gentle trade winds that bless the island. All are generous and comfortable. The main and cottage homes include great rooms, fully equipped modern kitchens, dining, entertainment areas, and Loggias. Starlink internet wireless networks with streaming Amazon Fire TV. Outdoors is a functional pergola with a stone dining table, bar, and barbecue combination patios for grilling. The oceanfront has outdoor dining tables including the 8/12 place main dining for gathering the entire party and overlooks the pool and ocean from high above. There are 4 separate lounge areas with Luxury High-end chaise lounges. Large covered wrap-around Loggias with stylish furniture including 4 individual couples wine/chair combination seating perfect for that morning cafe or Happy Hour later.
Each fully air-conditioned home has 2 master-bedroom suites. The Main home has a large King suite and a stunning ocean view with a balcony named "Azure" at one end accompanying a Library breezeway perfect for reading or just a quiet space to relax. The other end is "Palms", a Queen suite connected to the loggia adding to another ocean view.
The Cottage has a Queen bedroom suite named "Sunrise" connected to the loggia captures an ocean view through the indigenous palms and is a bit closer to the ocean. The other Queen bedroom suite "Sunset" has a balcony overlooking the fountain and the sunsets.
And yet another home nearest the ocean and beach is our newest addition, the 2 story Pool house with a fabulous naturally warming chemical-free Venetian Pool. The unique design includes a pool-level furnished Loggia. On the large pool deck, are 10 cast aluminum cushioned lounges, and only steps from the refreshing pool.
*Citizens Watch company chose us in February and shot their newest commercial on location.
Around the corner at pool level is a King Bedroom Suite named "Pink Sands". Up the steps on the ocean side is our prized spacious King "Honeymoon bedroom Suite" named "Pink Pearl", affording a generous Loggia overlooking the Venetian pool with spectacular views. The suite offers lots of space for a bride to prepare on her special day. Later, the acrylic tub sits upon a "picture" window overlooking the pink sand beach and sea...a glass of champagne while soaking and gazing is in order here. All 3 homes are conveniently connected by lighted walkways.
The Estate's crown jewel includes a 1-minute walk to our secluded powdery and pearlescent pink-sand beach is just a moment's walk to the sand pathway lined with sea lilies. With its crescent-shaped beach stretching 3 miles of abundant natural dunes with sea oat grass, sea grapes, and coconut palms, you will be immersed in its tranquility. Stroll along the shore at the water's edge and soon discover the hidden coves welcoming you to dip in the warm crystal clear turquoise water. On your way back, pause on the beach’s entrance under either Tiki or our favorite the Elevated Beach Cabana complete with bedding/lounges for a bit more privacy.
Nearby is our larger "West Indies style" cedar shake roof-Tiki with Eight whimsical and colorful designer chairs inviting you to take a siesta after your beach walk - the perfect venue for gazing at the sea while you listen to the songs of the wind through the nearby casuarina and palms. Tune in or tune out this is a perfect setting for mindless relaxation. Careful, you may be there all day, it truly is paradise.
Take in an afternoon tea, enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, feel the ocean breezes, and smell the villa’s flora, fauna, and unspoiled vegetation.

Both my wife Dhjanna and I are the grateful and humble owners of this beautiful Mediterranean Estate on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas...Villa de Palmas. "Palmas'" means many palms which describes the estate quite well.
Raw Land was purchased in 1989. After many years of development, the estate was completed in 2000. We truly are amazed at how well it all turned out and we continue to add improvements complimenting the estate including a Mediterranean-style Venetian pool and pool house with a honeymoon king suite on the second story level overlooking the pool and sea nearly on our private beach.
My wife and I have 2 wonderful daughters ages 25 and 29. I am a retired international airline pilot from a major airline in the USA.
Our goal is to share what we have through this unique way of offering the estate to worldly travelers. It is a real joy to hear about all the vacation experiences of our guests over the years. Life is for the living and we feel very blessed.

Proudly, Eleuthera is ranked and reviewed as one of the "25 Best Beaches in the World" by Forbes Traveler and awarded the "Best Secret Island on Earth" by Travel and Leisure. No wonder, the beach is Pink!
North of us are Restaurants such as Tippy's, Buccaneer,1648, and Sunset Inn are all within a few miles. Our local ecology is The Leon Levy Preserve nearby.
Governor’s Harbour, the closest main town, is ten minutes by car. While there fresh fish and lobster may be available every afternoon while chatting with the local fisherman at the town dock. You will also find grocery stores, gas stations, a bank & ATM's, restaurants, liquor stores, library, bakery, and gift shops. Along the bay road are historic homes dating back to the early 1800s. Friday nights in Governor’s Harbour features the Fish Fry, a street/beach party that brings together tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, this is a must and should not be missed!
Driving south you will find Savanna Sound, Tarpum Bay, and Rock Sound towns including much of the same amenities. Wandering further either direction without a schedule for more enjoyment on our friendly island of Eleuthera.

Multiple-week rental includes one complimentary housekeeping per week. Transportation or Car rental can be arranged at the time of booking.
