THE SPACE
Flip Flops is a roomy 2400 Sq. Ft. 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath duplex with room for up to 15 people. Only 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach located in Garden City. Garden city is a family beach but just a quick drive to many of the attractions nearby and in Myrtle Beach.

First floor space contains a large living room with a large Smart TV that connects with the dining and kitchen area with space for everyone to hang out together.

Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your needs. Many small appliances (Blenders, griddles, waffle maker, coffee makers plus a Keurig, toaster, Roasting pans, etc.) Stocked with extras so you will not be without. Dining room table that seats 8, high top table that seats 3, and 4 barstools attached to the kitchen island. Relax outside on the balcony directly off the living room with a swing and additional seating.

Find a convenient half-bathroom off the kitchen area directly inside the entry door.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Swim, cool off, or play by the private pool area. Enjoy our 9x20 private pool with optional heating** (additional charge). Relax in the many lounge chairs around the pool. You can soak up the sun or relax under the umbrellas.

You can also have a picnic outside. Cook up some BBQ for the entire group at our Extra Large charcoal grill.

There is plenty of seating outside with the lounge chairs, picnic table, other small tables with chairs, rockers and Adirondack chairs. So plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and be together.

**Pool can be heated for an additional cost $50/night or a max of $250 per week . Hosts require at least 48 hours of notice before check-in for this service. This amenity isn’t available during all seasons.

Flip Flops has a 60 day cancellation policy. We realize unforeseen problems arise, but we recommend you take out trip insurance at a small cost to give you peace of mind.

ACCESSIBILITY
Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs to get into the home and another to access the top floor inside the home.
