Additional guest parking is at overflow parking area 2 min walk.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS -

Upstairs 1st bedroom - 1 King bed.
Downstairs 2nd bedroom - 1 King bed, Twin bunk bed.
Downstairs 3rd bedroom / kids lounge - 1 Twin bed over 1 Full bunk bed, a Twin Trundle bed.
The space is ideal for 4 adults and 4 kids. Please contact the host for the groups with more than 4 kids.

(Please note that posted weight limit is 100lb on all top bunks)

The guests will enjoy easy 5-minute shuttle #2 ride to the mountain slopes on weekends and major holidays school recess directly from doors of the property. Weekdays shuttle #7 departs from Sugar House. Riding on weekdays and parking at the slope is never an issue.
Access to Sugar House amenities center is located at the entrance to Timber Creek complex. All year Amenities include indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, indoor racquetball and basketball courts and cross country ski trails with warming house as well as outdoor tennis courts in the summer. Advanced reservations required to use Sugar House, contact host for details.

- Photo ID may be required for check in, the entrance Floodlight Camera is for guests safety, secure check in and check out. 
- No outside shoes inside the house, pack your sleepers.
- No smoking inside, on a deck or porch of the unit
- No pets allowed
- No events and parties, the place is intended for a family retreat 
- No snowmobiles, RVs and boats permitted to park in the complex
- no real candles to be used inside, while you can enjoy programmable  Luminaria candles
