About this property

This Sapphire 7th floor beach front condo features three bedrooms and two and a 1/2 bathrooms. The property can sleep a total of eight people with a king sized bed in the master bathroom and a master bath that includes a sunken hot tub, walk-in shower and large walk-in closets. The 2nd bedroom has two queen sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds with an adjacent bathroom between the two guest rooms, plus a 1/2 bathroom is provided. It is a corner unit with both bay and beach side balconies attached to it.

The Sapphire Spa features great treatment options and the very friendly staff makes your spa visit a truly relaxing experience. Don't forget to check out the Sapphire's state of the art fitness center...

The great part of this complex are the activities for the kids. There is a teen room which provides great entertainment such as table games and complimentary pinball machines. A 24 seat home theater is also available for your pleasure. There are nightly movies played at 7 pm. In addition to the Sapphire pool, there are several cabanas available for 1/2 day & full day rental. Cozy loungers circle the pool, which has high and low spots to wade or swim.

Holiday weekend getaway

We loved the property. Check in was easy and staff was great. Property was well maintained inside and out. Holiday weekend so beach was crowded but rented chairs and had great seats every day on the beach. Views were good both beach and bayside. Would stay here again.

POOL CLOSED March 2022

The unit was nice, basic amenities. The view is great. Loved the dual decks, you can see sunsets and sunrises. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. If you were staying with 8 people it seems like there may not be enough towels for everyone. You will probably need more trash bags than provided as well. I might stay at a different unit in the future with a different management company. The big beautiful pool in the photos is closed. Unfortunately the pool renovations have carried over into spring break and we were not informed prior to arrival. (I booked Feb 18, 2022) I feel like we should have been informed the pool may not be completed. It was the primary reason I chose this property... no financial concessions were offered by Costal Lifestyles Inc. and the listing has not been altered to reflect the current situation with the pool. Sorry if you're the poor folks staying after us in March and April, the pool doesn't look anywhere near completion.

Summer pandemic get away

I just want to point out how safe sapphire was . Everyone had masks inside , Polk was large with social spacing . The condo it self was beautiful . We will definitely go back . Thanks !
