The home was furnished, clean and in a nice neighborhood. It's only a few minutes walk to a nearby coffee shop, and I was able to navigate my morning walk. I recommend this rental!

Nice location - clean property

The location was perfect for us, and, on a non-football weekend in Green Bay, the price was very reasonable. It was nice to be able to walk out to the Fox River trail.

This property was in a great location not far from downtown Green Bay and a short drive to Ashwaubenon. It was easy to get a hold of the property manager when we had questions. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to stay while celebrating a birthday.

Family History Trip

An older home with charm. Plenty of space. Other than a few minor issues which the owner was happy to take care of, the stay was pleasant. Close to what we wanted to see and easy to access.

Great location in regards to Lambeau field and downtown Green Bay. The bathroom needs painted and mold on the ceiling taken care of. Yard and flower beds were neglected. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would probably stay again with the hopes of the outside being spruced up and the bathroom taken care of.

Cozy duplex was perfect

My family and I came to Green Bay to fufill our oldest son's Packers dreams. The neighborhood is beautiful and so charming. The unit was clean and very comfortable. It is set up well and had everything we need. It is remodeled and looks the same in real life as in photos.

Lovely, convenient older home

The only room that needs some repair is the bathroom—fixtures are loose and crooked. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything else one might need in a short-term rental. St Vincent Hospital is a short 3-1/2 block walk.
