Summary:
In this colorful country bungalow, you will enjoy both new and vintage furnishings thoughtfully fused together to make a tasteful and unique indoor living space. Beaverdam Velo has open concept floor plan which facilitates great interaction amongst your group making for a more memorable stay. The seating area by the wood burning fire place is a great location for two adults to have a conversation while the living room with streaming TV is perfect to keep the youngster entertained. If you have teenagers or young adults in your group, they will really enjoy the "old fashioned" record player which is fully operational and includes several top hits from the 1980s. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the in unit washer and dryer will accommodate longer stays. If you want to enjoy Asheville's mild year round climate, this home features a screen in front porch with separate living and dining areas as well as back patio with BBQ grill.

Other Things to Note:
We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :(

Winter Break

Great home, pet friendly with large fenced yard, well appointed with all the essentials. Easy access to Asheville things to do with a great location just on the north side of town and 5 minute drive up the road to directly access the Blue Ridge parkway. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Owner was immediately available by phone, responsive and helpful when initial door code did not work (and fixed the issue in 2 minutes).

Close to blue ridge and the center

I had a great stay with my family over Christmas. The location was near downtown and the blue ridge highway which made it nice to go out and go for a ride. The living room area is nice and open which made it easy for my family and i to hangout, eat, watch TV, and cook; all while chatting with each other. And while the patio was nice, we didn't get to use it because it was winter. However, i bet it would be very nice during the spring and summer. There was a cold front that came to Asheville during our stay and Steve was extremely helpful. If you want a place that is close to town, but away from people, I suggest this location.
