The space was immaculate (i.e., your walking around in white socks would remain white clean). Easy walk to the private community beach around the corner on the left. The outdoor screened porch, the fire pit, and the grill were all great. The owners clearly set up the space exactly as you'd hope to have it. Also, despite earlier reviews, the space now does have an air conditioner.

This house is so cute! It was the perfect retreat for our vacation visiting family. The house is clean and well equipped. The beach was just a couple of minutes walk. They provide lovely beach towels for use. The screened porch was perfect for quiet mornings. It was nice having an on site washing machine and dryer. The host responded quickly to anything I needed assistance with and checked in to see if we had arrived. It’s in a great location that is easy to get to and close to all the area has to offer. We had a great stay!

Great stay

We stayed for 3 days and nights. The place was nice and clean. A little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing a two-year-old could not handle. Enjoyed the screened in patio. Beds were comfortable; bunks worked well for the kids. Great location for us.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a long weekend away in this newly renovated home a very short walk from Lake Sebago. We appreciated close access to the water, as well as a grill and fire pit on site. Home owners were helpful and communicative!

This lovely cottage was like walking into an HGTV home! It’s a nice little wall dorm to the Association beach access. It was even more fun to walk up the street 2 minutes to get lobster rolls! We loved that there were fans in the closet so we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy a Maine evening beeeze.

Beautiful quaint home with private beach

We had a great stay. There was only one AC unit for the entire home so we purchased a standing fan to use in the room my son stayed in. There was also a significant slope in the floor but it was clear the home was recently updated. It was the perfect home for the three of us. The neighbors were very friendly as well!

Nice little house!

Close to a little beach on Segabo Lake (about a 4 min walk), but no lake view. Super clean. Beautiful screened in porch. Nice communication. The queen mattress was a bit bouncy. If 2 beds and one bath works for you, this house is great!

This place was GREAT! My favorite parts were the screened in porch with no bugs and the very effective window AC unit. Great kitchen and working washer and dryer we used a lot. Host was fabulous and fast on communication. The place is not immediately on the beach which in hindsight I was SOOOO thankful for because we didn’t experience beach traffic and I think it reduced the bugs. Beach was very close and easy to access. Will definitely visit again!
