Cape Cod summer home on Slough Pond

This charming Cape Cod house is multi-level with two living spaces, great for two families. Upstairs deck and lower level deck with southern exposure. Large flat screen tv in lower level, additional tv on upper level. There is air conditioning located on each level in the common areas, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only stand up fans. This house has 3 queens and 2 twins. All Linens and towels Are Included. The house is located on Slough Pond which is a great pond of 10 acres or more. Slough Pond is a freshwater, sand bottom pond that has great fishing, boating, and paddle boarding. The pond access is a short walk to the end of the street. There is a clay tennis court located at the house next door that is available unless in use by the owners. Seamans Lane is a dead end so it does not have a lot of passing traffic. This is a family neighborhood. There is a summer camp located across the pond so you really get a sense of summer when you hear the sounds of the camp. No pets, sorry.
