Property and house was nice and clean and perfect for this fishing vacation. Rod was super helpful and was dedicated to us enjoying our stay. Definatly plan to come back.
Great place for a couple of tournament kayak anglers, tons of parking, clean house, with Rod the property manager very helpful and accommodating, i will stay there again soon
Love the parking when you have a couple short trailers and the place is good enough for what you need. This is my second time staying here and even though it's on the main road it's quiet and priced right!
Great place.
Better than hotel.
It does need upgrading so if your snobbish you probably won’t stay here.
It is a cabin and feels like one.
Room to stretch your budget and your legs.
Overall great place.
Great location on the water. The backyard is big enough for your boat and hanging out. The canals are a cool way to build a neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Rod was an awesome host!
The place was a real Gem for the price. Nice and Cozy. If there was a problem Rod ( the owner) and his team were right there to fix it. The only issue I had were the ants, besides that everything was great! I would stay again
This cabin was exactly what we needed for our short fishing trip at Clearlake. We had a boat and trailer with us and there was plenty of room to park our trailer and turn it around easily. The house is located minutes from a boat launch and had a few restaurants and a small market within walking distance. There’s even a small boat launch in back of the property for kayaks or other small watercraft and you could fish the canal if you’d like—though when we were there the water level was a little low for fishing. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for!
