Tucked away on a quiet wooded lot in Tahoe Donner's world-class resort neighborhood, there's plenty to enjoy inside and outside our cabin.

This is a 2,900 sq foot home, with multiple areas for groups to spread out and relax. From the open living area with a wood burning fireplace to the large kitchen, cozy loft, game room, and private office.

Bedrooms include a bunk room, two main level / easy access rooms, and extra sleeping in the game room. Kids love the bunks!

We hope to host your group!

The home sleeps up to 8 adults max (and a few children under 13 years old), making it a great destination home for small company retreats / golf outings, multi family groups, and friends.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space, gas range and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare a holiday meal!

The large dining table sits up to 10 and is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal. There is also a high chair if needed.

BEDROOMS:
3 bedrooms, with a game room as an unofficial 4th bedroom:
Bedroom 1: Master suite with a king bed, vaulted pine ceilings, and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. On the main level for easier access, and private double door access out to the back deck.
Bedroom 2: Jr. Master suite with king bed and an en suite bathroom. On the 2nd floor.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom, perfect for the kids! Twin over full bunk with a twin trundle underneath. On the first level, with easier access. Includes an ensuite bathroom.
Game Room / Unofficial 4th Bedroom: Two twin over twin day beds, with pool table, full bar, and entertainment system. This could also work as a bedroom for the kids, with a door for privacy and trundle beds.

BATHROOMS:

Each bedroom has a bathroom, plus there's an extra bathroom and a half.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 8 adults max (and a few children under 13 years old)
* 4 cars MAX - No exception. Two in garage and four in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordinance.
* Guests are responsible for the home and any damage or theft will result in charges to security deposit and/or credit card.
* The hot tub is not private or at the home. It is shared, and at Trout Creek Rec Center. Guests can use it and the pools and fitness center for a nominal fee (kids 6 and under can use it for free).
* Most resort amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $20 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.

This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.

Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. Visit Tahoe Donner's and Truckee’s website and see our listing for current ordinance and home rules, as these are incorporated into this agreement. We are very eager to share this home with travelers from all over. If you have any questions, want to negotiate a longer stay, or anything else at all - please let us know!

GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
