KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Additionally, a Keurig coffee machine is provided for your convenience. Whether you're planning a holiday feast or whipping up a quick meal, you'll have everything you need to prepare and serve your food.

The kitchen is separated from the great room by a spacious granite island, which provides ample room for gathering and entertaining. The large dining table, which seats eight people, is the perfect spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal with your loved ones. And with extra seating available at the island, everyone can comfortably enjoy their food and conversation together.

BEDROOMS:
3 total bedrooms, including a master suite:

Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a king bed, two walk-in closets, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level, Bunk Room): Twin over a twin bunk bed and a queen over a queen bunk bed set

Downstairs living room: TV and sofa bed

BATHROOMS:
There are 2.5 full bathrooms in the home. On the upper level, you'll find the master en suite which features a double vanity, a large glass shower, and a spacious stand-alone soaking tub. Additionally, there's a convenient hallway half bath on this level. On the lower level, you'll find another full bathroom. With plenty of space and amenities, these bathrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests.

LIVING AREAS
The upper level living area boasts an open concept design, seamlessly integrating the dining room, kitchen, and great room. Enjoy the warmth of a beautiful two-sided stone fireplace while watching TV or enjoying a meal with friends and family. With ample seating, this space is perfect for relaxing and socializing.

The downstairs living area is equally inviting, featuring a foosball table and a premium couch with a premium queen XL sofa sleeper for extra guests. A walkout to the large fenced-in backyard provides easy access to the outdoors. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or entertain guests, these living spaces offer the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
*No more than 8 guests plus up to 5 additional children 5 years old and younger (for a total of 13 with the additional kids 5 years old and younger included) are allowed in the home, at any time.
*Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
*Hot tubs are not allowed to be used between 10pm and 8am in the County
*4 cars max. No street parking.
*Please put trash in on-site bear box
*Camera for monitoring the driveway and exterior of the home for safty and security. No cameras inside the home.
*Early / late may be allowed with authorization (extra fees likely apply).

We're excited to share our home! We kindly ask all guests are respectful, mature, and responsible during their stay. Our home is peaceful, perfect for relaxation and enjoying quality time with friends and family. We do have a zero tolerance policy for abusive and negligent behavior, as well as disrespectful groups. We trust that you'll treat our home with the same care and respect that you would your own.

We ask that you comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement, which will be emailed separately. GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
*Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
*Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
*Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
*Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
*Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
*Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
*Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
