This property was wonderful. It is small but perfect for a family of 5! The view from the living room and back deck is awesome. Jon communicated everything clearly, answered questions quickly and was very personable. I would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet retreat for a small group.

We had such a great stay at Happy Hollow Cottage and would definitely come back. The view of Dale Hollow Lake from the windows and the deck was absolutely beautiful, especially in the mornings. The cottage was clean and cozy, and the layout worked really well for our group. It was quiet and peaceful, but still close to the marinas, which made everything super easy. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Home is perfectly located near Dale Hollow Lake. Met all our needs for size. The view of the lake was an added bonus! Will stay here again!

We’ve stayed here multiple times when going to the lake. Great location, has everything you need, and with all of the recent updates they’ve done it makes it even better. Will be back!

Happy Hollow cottage was a very nice home and convenient to Sunset Marina. This was our second stay here and they have invested in nice improvements between our stays.

Beautiful view, spent hours on the deck by the fire pit. We cooked most of our meals at the cottage on the grill. Hope to come back next year. Relaxing get away with friends and our dogs.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great time at Dale Hollow Lake!! The cabin was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with any and every appliance you would need! The back porch was our favorite, included a fire pit table and a beautiful view of the lake! Jon was an awesome host and answered any and all questions we had. Would definitely stay there again !
