Great House, Great Location

The house was lovely, equipped with just about anything you might need. It is within seconds of the broadwalk and beach, so we really didn't need to drive anywhere the entire time. The hosts were great, as well. I would recommend this property for any large group wanting a beautiful space to stay together in Hollywood.

Amazing location

Our week was fantastic the house was perfect for our needs. There was an issue with the down stairs bathroom, the owner and property manager were very good trying to help and offer solutions. Experience was fantastic, great for large families, there were 8 of us. Very close to the beach and boardwalk !

Cold and Rain Didn't Dampen Our Trip

The property was only a block from the beach. Since we were visiting during the cold snap, the heated pool was a blessing. With many close restuarants to choose from and a Publix about 7 minutes away, we did not go hungry. The ping pong table encouraged friendly family compeptitions.

Great Location, Very Nice House

House is in a great location - very close to beach and boardwalk. The house was as advertised. Very clean, very nice and was great for all nine of us. Although the backyard is small, it is very unusual to have such a yard in this area and the pool was very nice as well. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be near Hollywood Beach. Enjoy!

Great location

The owner was very nice and helpful. The property manager was a little rude but I looked over that because of the owners helpfulness. The location was perfect. 15 minutes from the airport, no need for a car, just steps from the beach… great restaurants and things very close by. The house was huge. The backyard was nice. We had 5 kids and 5 adults and the house was perfect for us.

Beach Family Vacadion

Great location and host! Short walking distance to the boardwalk & Kids enjoyed the game room. House needs some work. Good base but a lot of little things need fixed, patio door won’t open (emergency exit!!), downstairs room handle broken, furniture needs updated! Living rooms are using outdoor furniture! Shower downstairs handle is opposite temperatures. House needs cleaned better! Overall a great vacation!

Great house, perfect location

The house is so close to the beach! Its so cool to walk by the ocean front with kids and rent bicycles… Also, the house was clean, very bright inside, kids love the games room, tvs and Ac’s everywhere. Home appliances were top. Bedrooms are big enough and mattress are good as well. At least the pool was hot at anytime and cleaned every week. The only bad point i could say are the curtains in rooms because they are too light so rooms are sunny early. Beside that, we had a wonderful time (2 wks), space for everyone (9ppl),space to park cars, free wifi.. Thank you again for this experience

Great location

The house is very nice and the location to the beach is great!! Literally just steps away from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and i don’t think two of the bedrooms had king size beds. They looked queen size. Also, there wasn’t a bedroom with a daybed. The bedroom with the 2 beds in it did not look like king size beds and that room was also very hot. Luckily we brought a portable fan but that only helped a little. The game room in the garage was great and the kids loved it! The pool was nice as well. Overall a great house in a great location next to the beach.

Fair Property

There are positives and negatives to this house. The positives are that the owner and property manager were responsive and got back to me quickly when issues arose, the house was so close to the beach, the house was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Areas for improvement were that there was mold in the upstairs bedrooms, (which made the people sleeping upstairs feel sick), the house must have been apartments at one point and was put together to make one house, so it definitely wasn’t perfect, and it was not the luxury you would expect for the price.

Top reasons to stay here: Location(can’t beat this location, it is so close to the beach and boardwalk), plenty of space and rooms, sports game room in garage, and the pool were all amazing. The multiple indoor air conditioning units keep the house cool and at a comfortable temperature. Reasons you may want to avoid staying here: Mold issues and water leak issues. Definitely an older house. Rained a couple of days while we were there and water started dripping from a downstairs smoke detector. One of the upstairs rooms had two dehumidifier’s with mold growing in both and mold growing from an indoor air conditioning unit beside the room. You can tell the house has suffered from water damages. Kitchen is nice but lacking items: pot holders, grilling utensils, or any kitchen towels. We had to use hand towels to remove stuff from oven. Also there are no beach chairs, umbrellas or beach towels. However, the beach has a rental place set up close by and we were able to rent chairs and umbrellas. Overall we still had a great time, but I would not stay there again mainly because of the obvious mold issues.
