Paradise Beach Club 113 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Enjoy all of the benefits of having a ground floor unit without having to sacrifice an excellent view of the Ocean with this spectacular unit. This unit is perfect for relaxing on your private patio, enjoying the well-maintained lawn, pool and other great complex amenities. This unit is perfect for anyone, especially those with children, with the large grass area right outside your unit offering plenty of room to run and play. Also perfect for those who are looking to travel with their pets, you're steps away from a gated pet area.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has an air mattress if required. The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool.The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. There are a maximum of two dogs allowed and no dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

By renting with the 'Happy Palm Stays' Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

Outstanding, well furnished unit and very clean! So great beach towels, chairs/umbrella and even fishing pole holders provided. My teenage sons loved fishing on the beach, my daughter collected many shells, the pool was heated, and our dogs enjoyed the fenced-in dog area. Great access to Publix and take out restaurants right across the street. We have already booked to return to the same unit - HIGHLY recommend!

We just checked out after an amazing week at PBC!! The location cannot be beat and the condo was perfect for our family of six plus our dog! We had plenty of space and everything we needed at the condo! The pool was a great size and being able to see the ocean was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. The condo was private enough that if you are still nervous about traveling you can keep your distance! Especially with the contact less check in and check out! We will definitely be back!

Really nice condo steps from the beach!!

We really enjoyed this place!! It’s literally 20yds from the beach. The building is designed and built where every condition has a view of the ocean. This bottom floor unitz, has a sliding glass door that opens to a nice grass area. On the other side of the grass area, is the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and looks to be newly remodeled. We willcome back again !

Beautiful condo for families

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four with two toddlers. We loved that it was on the ground floor and close to the beach access. It was easy to walk back up for potty breaks, snack breaks or things we forgot which was amazing. The pool is also a short walk away and was always clean and very warm! We never had a problem finding chairs around the pool either which was great. The condo was very clean and well equipped with any cooking utensil we could need, plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrella for shade. We loved the recommendation list that was emailed before our stay, we went to several restaurants and places on the list and enjoyed them all! Communication and check in was also seamless. This was such a wonderful place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough for any families considering coming here. We are hoping to be back next year!

My Second Home!

This was my 7th year staying at Paradise Beach Club. We have rented the penthouse on the 4 floor and rooms on the ground level. Over the years we have watched them renovate the condos and they have done a beautiful job! Most of the rooms now have a washer and dryer which is really convenient. Love the fact that we can bring our four legged kids too. Really laid back environment, nice pool on beach side but be careful because there is rocks in the ocean in front of the condos. Its really magical around turtle nesting season but please have respect for these beautiful creatures, use the lights you are supposed too (or if caught there could be fees), stay back 10 feet, and enjoy watching them. The process can be an hour to three. Surfin Turtle is great place for ice cream, love their Dole Swirl and their turtles on site. Cibelli's for pizza and if you are feeding a group or love pizza for breakfast order the 24" one but make sure you can fit the box in your car! LOL Sebastian Inlet is a beautiful state park south about 40-45 mins with beautiful scenes. Check the rocket launch schedule, so cool, you can see if right from the beach. Downtown Melbourne is great. The Burger Place and Backwater are cool. At Backwater you can order the color pack of pancake mix and make your own pancakes at your table, they only have 8 tables like this and fill up quickly, I suggest going during the week, not weekends. Arcade Monsters in Melbourne is awesome for a rainy day or if you have had to much sun. Largest arcade in the world! Its about 19 bucks per person for unlimited games and serve food and drinks. Brevard Zoo is great spot too!

Just what we had hoped for

We really enjoyed our stay. Having a walkout patio on the first floor made it so easy for the our older kids to head in and out to the beach. The communication was so fast when we had questions. We even reached out to see if we could purchase the day before us last minute as our travel had changed and it was seemless.

Ideal for young children

We have a 4 & a 2 year old and a crawling infant. This could not have been more perfect for our family. A spacious living room, a grassy area to get the wiggles out, the pool and the beach were wonderful. There was pac-n-play in our unit and a smart tv in every room. So happy we booked our vacation here!

Nice condo but beach is great for swimming

This was a nice, clean unit. Check-in was easy but don't arrive thinking to check in early. Grounds were great. Bbq grills weren't very effective at cooking because of the proximity to the beach breezes. Pool was nice. Publix was within walking distance and made it easy to shop without taking a vehicle. Property and beach were quiet and fairly secluded - which is why I tried it. They say they are dog friendly but the dog areas are a mixture of paving stones and artificial turf, both of which get hot. Dogs aren't allowed on the grass so there's really no where for the poor dogs to do their business during the hot day. The water is full of coral and the pitch of the shore is steep. Makes it difficult to boogy board or swim. Our feet and legs got cut up from the coral and the riptides were horrible. I usually go to Cocoa Beach and have not experienced the coral issue there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Only annoying part was the tile work being completed by the pool. Worker would cut ceramic tile on the balcony. Four days in a row we had to leave the pool because our two year old was scared of the noise. A heads up would of been nice an maybe schedule time for cuts or make them go to the parking log. Many annoyed during this time we were also trying to relax around the pool.
