Paradise Beach Club 230 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

This spacious and elegant 1100 sq ft condo unit is situated on two levels with the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and private oceanfront balcony on the second floor and the bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor. Please note there are stairs in the unit. It offers amazing views from the private main floor balcony and living room as well as the upstairs master bedroom.

Everything turned out great, but the only things I would try and address is the smell of the unit and the cabinets. When we walked in, it was very musky so I opened a window to try and air it out. We got used to the smell after a copy of days. The cabinets doors are made cheaply so everytime we closed some they would just swing back open and my son hit his head on one that opened, he was okay though. All in all though, it was a nice stay.

The condo was great!! Excellent location with a Publix across the street and a Dunkin. The condo complex is on the older side with basic facilities but with an ocean view and beautiful views it’s hard to complain. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Cocoa Beach pier is a quick 10 minute drive.

Everything about the condo was great. Pictures are accurate, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Was at the condo during hurricane Helene, rental management kept great communication. There were no issues and continued with our vacation. .

The perfect beach getaway

Honestly, this was the best property I have ever stayed at in Florida. It was beach front and also had a pool. Everything was perfect and I could have spent every day just sitting on the patio watching the ocean. The tiny walk to the beach was also ideal. I love the furniture and the comfort of the beds. I will be definitely rebooking for our next trip to Florida!

Not only was there a gorgeous view from the balcony and the master bedroom, the condo was extremely comfortable and well stocked for any vacation but especially for a vacation at the beach! I have recommended it to other friends.

Great place to bring your puppers!

Our family had a wonderful time making memories and our dog Maggie loved it as well! They have a small fenced in area for the dogs. There is a Publix and Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. Overall, great experience.

Good size for the money

We enjoyed the condo. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The pool was clean and deep so my son loved it. The condo had four chairs, two boggie boards and a cooler which was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend this condo. Just be aware their are stairs to get to the two bedrooms.

We didn't want to leave! The unit was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was incredible and the ocean breeze and sound of the waved from the beach were very relaxing. Groceries were a 5 minute walk across the street and there were restaurants galore in every direction. I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next trip.

Great rental unit in central Brevard with a fantastic view!

This was a great property for a relaxing vacation in Central Florida. The unit was clean, equipped and very comfortable. Some noise still with the construction next door but that is temporary. Loved the split level with separate floor for bedrooms. Code access makes this a breeze to check-in and very simple check-out instructions. Thanks for the hospitality; we will be back :)

Great Oceanside View

Great view from unit which is located directly on water. The building is a bit dated but unit was updated and very clean. Views from main room and bedroom were amazing. Window in bedroom needs to be replaced and bed way too soft. Pool was very nice and heated where beach not too crowded but strong surf. Area has casual surfer vibe. Close to markets and casual restaurants.
