About this property

This modern home is in the south east community of Walker Lakes. It has been recently renovated with all new furniture and can accommodate 10 adults or multiple families comfortably. Includes 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 large living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and an unfinished basement set up for games.

This house is not just an "Airbnb". It is my $600,000 property that I offer for rent. A refundable offline $1,500 security deposit for all tenants is required. Any violation of the House Rules, this deposit is forfeited.

Guests will access the home through a keypad lock on the front door. Keys and garage door remotes will be found just inside the door.

I am available within minutes via the Airbnb messaging platform. Please don't hesitate to call if I do not answer quick enough!

This is a quiet, family neighborhood located on a beautiful walking trail to a park. Also walking distance to many amenities, shopping/fast food etc.

Parking available for 4 vehicles between the garage and driveway pad, lots of free street parking, also located on a bus route.

There are outdoor security cameras recording 24/7 that are located at the front, rear and all access doors for the safety and security of my home and neighboring families.

Pets are allowed but require consent and a pet fee payment of $40/pet/night immediately after making a reservation.

Specific cabinets in the laundry room are locked and are not made available to guests.

Everything we needed

Stayed in March 2023. Just the two of us and our dog. House is spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent and have no complaints about the property. The pet was an additional $40 per night but I understand that there is some risk having a dog in the house. The fenced back yard and people on the walking path kept her entertained.

The place was super clean and had nice decorations touch in all rooms, and communication was easy and fast. I would definitely book it again in the future.
