Welcome to Seaclusion, the perfect Panama City Beach retreat! Backing onto an inviting lagoon bordered by palm trees, this private first floor one-bedroom condo sleeps six and is located just across the street from the pristine beaches and clear emerald waters of the Gulf and within 100 feet of a pool. Park just outside your door and enjoy your quiet west-end location that is just two miles from iconic Pier Park with its world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Whether you come for a short getaway or a longer stay, you’ll feel at home. The gracious and welcoming unit sleeps six and features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, large breakfast bar, separate dining table, bunk area off the main hallway, master bedroom with a king-sized bed, washer and dryer, and a private shaded lagoon side patio area with table and chairs. There is also complimentary cable and high speed WiFi.

You’ll also enjoy the many amenities of Horizon South, a popular gated condominium community that offers numerous recreational opportunities onsite, including six pools, a kiddy pool, jacuzzi, miniature golf, pickle ball, tennis, and two pool tables.

Additional resort information for guests:

Horizon South requires all guests over the age of five staying on the property to have wristbands. Parking passes are also required.

Wristbands are $20 per person; Parking passes are $25. Passes and wristbands are available at the resort office, which is located at the rear of the property near the Panama City Beach Parkway access point. If you arrive after hours, please visit the office the next day.

While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Relax and Unwind

What a great location to enjoy the Florida panhandle! This well appointed condo gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Panama City Beach area. Seaclusion had everything we needed, from the kitchen appliances to the washer and dryer. The unit is well maintained and the photos are accurate. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

Very pleased

We loved the property and condo. The condo was clean, short walk to the beach (five minutes at the most until you hit the sand), 2 miles from pier park, safe area, and host was kind and responded quickly.

Property is an Excellent Location

The follow up text messages were helpful and appreciated. The condo was nicely decorated. 1. Kitchen cabinets and drawers should be clean and could use more cooking items (pots, pan, glass bowls, colander, sharp knife, etc.) 2. Living room TV should have directions on how to use. 3. Needed to know where to place garbage. All in all, nice place. Thank you

Great Location, Dog-Friendly

Great dog-friendly stay, near the dog beach and other attractions. The full kitchen was very useful with my wife's dietary restrictions. Would stay here again for sure.
