Great Stay in Mount Pleasant!

We had a fantastic stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown shops and restaurants which were in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Family fun

Great second stay.

This is the second stay at this little place in Mount Pleasant. Appreciated the few upgraded changes - like the ice machine in the freezer. I didn't remember that being there during my first stay, and really a nice addition. It a perfect place to stay, very clean, super easy check in process. Thank you to Kenneth and Logan for checking in with me to see if I needed anything.

Comfortable place for a reasonable price.

If you want a kitchen, this was a good choice. I gave it an overall 4 stars because there were a few suggested improvements, but nothing major. The host seems to care about pleasing and welcomes you with a cute gift basket.

Great little place!

I had a great stay in Mount Pleasant at Kenneth's little place. Apartment was nice and clean, there was even a little basket of treats left with a note. The wifi was great and allowed me to work remotely during my stay with no problems at all. My son left his airpods behind after I checked out, and Kenneth sent them out to him right away. Great service and great communication. I hope to stay again next time I am in Mouth Pleasant for a visit with my daughter.

Here Sibs Weekend

Property was as advertised and a good place for us to stay for the weekend. Great to be able to bring our little dog. The only thing I would mention is that the neighborhood is a little questionable though I felt safe. The house next door appeared to have almost a hoarding situation in the yard. We were able to walk to Mountain Town Station and the co-op grocery store. Very convenient. Owner was attentive and checked in by message during stay. You will hear the tenants on the other side as well as their dog but I was aware of that prior to booking and understood it is a duplex.

Excellent location near downtown Mt Pleasant. Eas6 walk to restaurants and bars and the Island Park. Cutely furnished. Easy and quick communication with the host/owner. Parking on site and on the street. Sofas in living area super comfortable. Apartment is a duplex but we heard no noise from the other unit.Place was clean, though maybe some deep cleaning of the walls, door frames and loght switches is needed. I actually did a bit of scrubbing in the bathroom area around the light switch and door.Didn't cook at all so can't comment on that aspect. Big fridge and freezer. I did note only 1 wine glass there.Some reviews mention noise from the nearby Blackstone bar, it was not a problem for us.Some things I would note:Pillows in bedroom were super thin...maybe time for new ones?The mattress was not very comfortable and would easily move around on the box springThe kitchen floor seems to be slanted, which felt like I was going to roll to the sink.Neighbor is a horder. Now I know that is not the owner's fault but just an observation that the whole block looked a bit sketchy
