With a great view of the canal from the lanai and just 20 minutes to the gulf from your personal dock by boat you can be to multiple waterfront restaurants and bars in no time. Close to Ft. Myers beach and shopping centers with a short distance to Sanibel, Pine, and Tower Island. If you prefer the tranquility of the sunrise at morning or the mesmerizing colors of our famous Florida sunsets- you are in for a very special treat that will let you experience and enjoy both!

Three months in best weather we ever had in Florida

Some final finishing due to hurricane Ian but it was not inconvenient. Owner reacted quickly. Greatly enjoyed covered patio & screened pool. Great area for exersize walking.
