About this property

Spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath canal home with heated* pool. Relax on the lanai or under the tiki hut. Pool has just been resurfaced and a sun ledge added for children to enjoy a shallow side or adults to enjoy lounging. Cooks will love the huge and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals by the pool or at the farmhouse table with seating for 8! Lots of privacy with a split floor plan. One mile to grocery. Close to downtown Cape Coral, Rotary Park, and many restaurants nearby.
*Pool heat can be added for $150.00 per week. **Boat lift may be available to long term rental guests.

Great outdoor space

While the house was very nice, the outdoor space was my favorite part. The furniture on the lanai was so comfortable that we rarely used the indoor living room. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. The location was great-very close to many of our favorite waterfront restaurants-both by car or boat.

Wonderful place

Shannon is an exceptional owner. We have rented many many times through VRBO and she is the best we have ever had! Obviously, there are always things that need attention and she was totally on it! We loved the pool, veranda, large kitchen and convenient location. Thank you Shannon for allowing us to stay in your place.

Spring Baseball Vacation

Exactly as advertised. Nice house with great beds and furniture inside and out. The covered patio was great to avoid to much sun ands sit outside on the 1 day it rained. And the tiki hut on the dock was used everyday for us to sit and relax before and after attending games. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience!

This home did not disappoint! A beautiful house with all of things you would need for a great vacation. Shannon was an excellent communicator. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the outside surrounding area. This is our 4th year taking a late winter break from Wisconsin to travel to Florida, our 2nd to the Cape Coral area. Would definitely love to stay at Shannon's property again.

We purchased this property to use as a winter getaway. We love Florida's endless summers and all that the Cape Coral area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We like the location of this property. So close to open water when we bring our boat with us. Endless restaurants nearby. We like the convenient location to the grocery, drug store, and many other shops in the area. We love the location of the house. The area is so quiet but yet so close to everything we need. We especially love the layout of the house. The open concept is great for entertaining our friends and yet the split floor plan offers total privacy when you're ready for some down time.
