Villa Valerie is the perfect getaway for a group of couples or a family! This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has been partially renovated, offers an electric-heated pool and above ground hot tub, and resides in the coveted Southwest area of Cape Coral. It is only a 10-minute drive away from the many shops and restaurants located in Downtown Cape Coral.

Living Room: When you enter the home you are greeted with the vaulted ceilings of the living room, which features two comfy couches and a flat-screen TV; Enough room for everyone to watch the game on Sunday, or to have a fun movie night with the kids. Beyond the living room is an enclosed Florida Room with a high-top table for when you want to enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the kids play in the pool.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The formal dining area includes seating for six, as well as three additional benches located at the breakfast bar nearby. Enjoy making the family meals in the updated, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: Villa Valerie's split floor plan puts the spacious master bedroom off the living room. Featuring a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a double sink vanity, it's all you'll need when you want some alone time.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house off the kitchen. One offers a one queen-size bed, and the other two queen-size beds. Both include flat screen TVs and they share the second bathroom located nearby.

Pool/Lanai: Use the sliders off the Florida Room to access the spacious lanai. It is no doubt where you'll be spending most of your time! Have some fun in the sun in the electric heated pool or relax with a cocktail in the attached spa. Work on your tan using the two zero-balance chairs available. When the sun has set, lounge around the fire pit and enjoy the warm nights.

Exactly as pictured

The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all, and the house was spacious and comfortable. We fixed most of our meals there, and the kitchen has all the utensils necessary.

Great Huge Place with a Wonderful Pool

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed for our 2 week stay. There were a few little things that were an annoyance but nothing that was a deal breaker. I would highly recommend booking this place. They do automatically schedule you in for a meet and great with the property manager the morning after you arrive so if you need to recover from a long travel let them know that timing doesn't work for you but any issue we had was addressed. The bbq didn't work and they got us a replacement bbq with a couple of days.

Nice suburban home. Pool was amazing! Drive to beaches was a little far. Area is more geared to seniors, not a lot of entertainment for the teens in our group.

Good times in Cape Coral

Enjoyed our stay, very nice house and area! A few suggestions kitchen could be stocked with more things for cooking and drink glasses. There was 1 bourbon type glass. Cooking example a dish that would fit in the small toaster oven. May want to make sure cleaning is getting webs that are hanging from ceiling and walls. I did take some down in laundry room. Thank you! We would rent again!

Summer Escape

By far one the best stay we ve had in Florida. The property had everything we needed. Clean and well stocked. Our host Ms Ann was very nice and helpful and always available to answer any question we had. Grass , pool and spa were well maintained and the neighborhood top notch with all the palm trees. Will definetely go back. I highly recommend Villa Valerie.

Cape Coral April

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Valerie. We especially enjoyed the time we spent in the pool, the spa, and the pool area in general. The house was clean and well stocked and everything was in good working order. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. On a minor note, the living room furniture and the guest bath could use some updating, but those are truely minor issues. All in all we were quite happy with our stay.

Great Property, Quiet Location.

Overall we had a great stay in this home. My children loved the pool and jacuzzi. They would have lived in it if I let them LOL.. The house is very roomy, and you have pretty much anything you would need in the house as far as cooking utensils goes. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The only thing we had any type of issue with was the beds, they are pretty hard. It could be because we are use to our memory foam beds with memory foam toppers lol.. The beds there are firm so if you like firm beds then you won't have any issues. There were enough beds for us all so that was a plus as well. The main beaches were around 45 mins away from the property. And those beaches charge anywhere from $10-$30 for parking. And they charge $30 to use the beach chairs. So plan to take $50+ to the beaches. Sanibel Island was more of the quiet family beach with TONS of shells. I would def recommend that beach to anyone who stays here. The property manager was very friendly as well. She came by the next morning to answer any questions we may have had and to make sure we knew how to use the pool/spa buttons and all. And to let us know of all the beaches and fun stuff to do in the area. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone that was looking to stay here.

Absolutely perfect

Everything about this property was perfect. Fantastic location Central to everything (out of the way locales and popular restaurants, beaches etc). Booking and check in was a breeze. The house is well appointed and has everything you would need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We only used the pool once but it was convenient and warm without heating it. The hot tub was great once you figure it out. Perfect place for two or three couples with lots of privacy and obviously great for families as well. We will most definitely go again and book with Swfl real estate. They made our vacation memorable.
