Every bedroom has its own bath, high ceilings, sliders open to large lanai from LR and master BR. 4 season lanai with slider windows. Tiled throughout, granite counters, soaker tub in master with separate shower. Lots of comfortable seating for conversation, TV watching, dining. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds. pool screened area with travertine pavers. Nice plantings. Dock with 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs; two fishing poles. You're ready for the beach with 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler bag on wheels, sunscreen, frisbee, two boogie boards, and plastic sand castle pail available for use.

We are hands on: we live close enough to take care of most any problem or questions about the place, and take care of the yard work and pool cleaning ourselves- usually that will occur on Mondays.
