Nice pool warm heated without extra fee which is great. Ended up staying a month. Kate was super cool and easy to communicate with. Brand new washing machine went out and they replaced it quickly. Close to everything. Very private. Nice pool table. Easy in and out. Will be back for sure.

The house was clean, beds were good and property manager was very responsive. That’s all that was good about this house. We spent 8 days with an AC that didn’t work properly and a pool heater that did not work at all. My grandkids were so disappointed about the pool being so cold. This house has some definite mechanical problems that need to be addressed. Kudos to Kate the house manager. She was trying to get things repaired and made several trips to house to help out. I feel her hands were a bit tied because the owners themselves were not very responsive. We are not new to VRBO renting. We have rented in Cape Coral for 9 spring break seasons. This house was a disappointment. One saving grace is they did refund 300 which was a nice surprise and we appreciated.

We want to clarify a few points for future guests. The AC issue was addressed within 48 hours of being reported and was functioning during the stay, though it was not cooling at maximum capacity initially. Once we were notified, we worked quickly to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Regarding the pool heater, Southwest Florida experienced an unusual cold front during your stay, which temporarily affected the pool’s ability to maintain temperature. As soon as you let us know the pool felt cold, we adjusted the system to run 24/7 and maintained the pool at 85 degrees for the remainder of your visit. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we made multiple service visits, communicated throughout your trip, and provided a $300 refund for the inconvenience in an effort to make things right. We are sorry the stay did not meet your expectations and truly appreciate your patience while we worked through the unexpected weather and mechanical adjustments. We remain committed to maintaining the home and providing a positive experience for all of our guests.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfy beds. The house was a perfect getaway for a family. The best location for shopping, restaurants, beach adventures, manatee park, shell factory etc. The pool and the pool table were perfect for entertaining everyone. Perfect Getaway

The property was the perfect getaway to catch up with some friends for a couple of days. The house was very clean and it's very spacious. They have plenty of cups and cookware if you choose to stay in and cook meals. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking on VRBO in the Cape Coral area.
