Master on one side and two bedrooms on other side of house, perfect for two families to share rental.

Master suite features it's own full bathroom and walk-in closet.

Two other bedrooms, one fitted with 2 doubles and the other with a queen.

Second bathroom features beautiful travertine finishes and exits to the pool/lanai area.

Two 50 inch HDTVs.

Many plants and trees surrounding home and pool provide beautiful environment and privacy.
