This beautiful vacation home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing you with enough space to settle down and relax. The bright living and dining area lead to the large patio which offers a sensational panoramic view over the wide intersecting canal. Spend your days at the electrically heated pool and spa or venture out to the Cape Coral Beach which is only a few minutes drive away.

Villa Bimini is fully equipped with toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher. Linens, towels, washer and dryer are for your convenience. The 3 bedrooms consist of 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. The living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and high speed internet is available as well. Further highlights include a propane grill, billiard table, bicycles, beach equipment, and kayaks.

Located in the desirable SW of Cape Coral with restaurants and shopping facilities close-by, this house will make your holiday the perfect vacation.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $ 25.00/week is included in the rent. Additional usage will be charged with $ 0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Excellent stay

This house was exactly as described. We were more than comfortable and very clean. The lanai and the pool area was super relaxing, we enjoyed the sunrises with our coffee and several days saw dolphins! We enjoyed grilling and playing pool in the evening and we were also visited by dolphins then as well! The property is centrally located. If you’re into sports and don’t want to miss any games, we recommend The Backstreet Sports Bar. Staff was accommodating and food + drinks were good. We will definitely book this house again!

Family friendly vacation house

The house was clean with everything needed at it. Great fishing at property, pool and spa were great, very nice neighborhood located at end of road so little to no traffic. Pool table was a very nice plus, the entire family liked playing it. Only thing I would consider a down side would be attraction locations were a little bit of a drive (most parks, mini golf, etc were 20 minute drive or more, groceries within couple miles tho) but was worth it for having privacy and no busy traffic. Would definitely consider it again if staying in area again.
