This beautiful, privately-owned townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! Our house is in a prime location just down the street from the beach and beach access. It is a short stroll to the local neighborhood beach bar that offers sand volleyball.
Amenities include beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and umbrellas.
No garage parking available, however driveway can park 2 cars and there is also street parking available.

Absolutely the best vacation rental we've stayed at, in any location! Beautiful house, spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses and furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. 1 block to the beach, 1.5 blocks to the lagoon to watch gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful South Padre Island!

Everything went really smoothly! The house was big and spacious. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach which is a plus! House was clean, will definitely consider booking again when we come back.

Gorgeous vacation duplex

It was clean when we checked in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. It is just as beautiful in person as the pics showed online. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We had no issues.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet and a short walk to the beach, with beach access at the end of the street. There is a great beach bar/restaurant with sand volleyball at our beach access called the Wanna Wanna that is just a great place to hang out that offers live music on the weekend. Just a 5 minute drive to anywhere you want to go on SPI ! You can walk, ride rental bikes or take the wave bus for free also the very popular golf cart rental is fun way to get around.
