This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach which is one of the most popular on the island. About a 5 minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

The view was everything! Property was cozy. The shower!!! The water runs out all around it when taking a shower, and you have to put towels constantly all around other than that it was nice.

An unforgettable relaxing and luxurious getaway!

I had a wonderful time staying at Fourteen Mullet Bay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the stunning beachfront view which made every morning and sunset unforgettable. The location is perfect, just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of SXM!

Loved the location! Our driver Thomas was the best. The room was modern and the view was beautiful!! The bathroom shower definitely needs renovations. The only area of improvement. The shower head and floor corners were rusty and the shower curtain was not long enough to stop the floor from being drenched.

Very secure place! Love the location and the view. There was no shower curtain in the room when we arrived. The shower curtain that was purchased for us was very short on the length and did not reach the floor. The water was hard to manage from getting out of the shower.

Excellent stay!

This was our 25th visit to SXM and new condos at Fourteen really impressed us! The apartment was very clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed and great AC and Wi-Fi. The views from our large balcony were amazing. The pool was very clean, big and safe. The staff, particularly a young guy called Joven (hope I got his name right) was very helpful and friendly. The building felt very safe. The Gym was small but very well equipped and very clean. Overall, great stay! I think a safe box in the unit would be a great addition. Also, though not a criticism (since we had a prior warning), beach chairs ( or at least one beach chair per unit) would be great too ( may be to have a centralized room downstairs where the guests can pick and return chairs).
