THE CABIN
This A-frame cabin was built in 1962 and is an architectural gem. Towering beams, giant slate stone fireplace, geometric windows and wood cladding make for the quintessential cabin experience.

The open kitchen looks out to the main living area and is well appointed with all essential kitchen supplies and implements. The layout is perfect for cooking delicious meals, and the large curved bar is a great spot for hanging out, having morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail.

At the apex of the cabin, the loft offers an expansive view of the great room and fireplace. There are two new memory foam twin beds, each with built-in shelving and reading lights. The loft patio doors lead out to the balcony with breathtaking views of the forest and creek below. Use the retro vanity desk to write a postcard or work on a creative project.

The master bedroom boasts a wall of windows and sliding doors out to the expansive deck. The luxurious king bed with memory foam topper is styled with soft linens and chic textiles. The built-in shelving at the head of the bed offers two bedside bubble lamps for cozying up with a book. The large master closet is fully wood paneled with built-in wooden drawers.

The bathroom has a spacious vanity and original ‘60s lighting and horizontal medicine cabinet. Stand-up shower, vinyl flooring and Turkish towels set the vibe.

The cabin is well curated with Navajo blankets, vintage art and culture, books, records, cool textiles, and special decorative objects from around the world - an impeccably curated mix of mid-century modern, classic cabin, folk art and basecamp chic.

Enjoy a game night or a movie in front of the fire. Choose among games in the large antique chest or select a movie using the television equipped with Apple TV which includes Netflix, HBO, and Prime.

At The Far Out Cabin, the vibe is just right for a truly relaxing and inspiring trip.

The expansive deck is everyone’s favorite hang-out spot! The 1200-square-foot deck wraps around the cabin and sits above the creek. The cable railing system lets you enjoy uninterrupted views of the creek and listen to the water flowing over moss-
covered boulders.

Decked out with a BBQ, dining table, classic Amish-style furniture draped with saddle blankets and San Miguel throws, this is an outdoor experience at its best!

The semi-sunken, 8-person spa is a remarkable place to unwind under the forest trees. Fully equipped with soft-color change lighting, multiple jet programs and headrests, this is the spot to finish your day and enjoy some star gazing.

Perfect cabin weekend

Had an absolutely perfect stay in this beautifully decorated A-frame. Every detail and finish is thoughtful and so well done. Beautiful deck and hot tub with forest views! My dog also loved exploring the large property! Can’t wait until I can stay again.
