We maintain a doorbell camera and driveway camera to view the front yard and driveway of our home for your safety and ours. SAT XMAS

We only slept there as we spent all waking hours at our son's home in the neighboring development. Trash cans on the street were overfilled when we arrived as well as when we left; we wondered if neighbors might be using them as they are less than happy that a VRBO is in their neighborhood.

Great place ruined by carelessness

Upon arrival it was evident the owner did not check if the property was cleaned before our stay. I believe he quoted a misunderstanding/mixup of our stay dates. The beds were slept in and unmade, there was food in the kitchen, used towels in the bathrooms and a filthy floor. The location was ideal for our plans but we were unable to stay and our whole family was beyond stressed looking for a new property

Aaron is correct, our cleaning team got dates of check in and check out incorrect and our home was not ready. In 7 years with multiple properties we've never had this issue; we apologized and refunded Aaron his full stay immediately. We offered a solution that would have kept them near, but Aaron never responded. All the best to them, we are sincerely apologetic that this happened.
