The apartment has been recently remodeled.There is a large bedroom with access to a private deck which views the mountains above SLO Creek, A loft with a twin bed sits above the living room. The living room has original art, flatscreen TV a fold down couch and dining area. There is a desk for a workspace and high speed WiFi . Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/ walk-in shower and carport parking . The location is a 15 min walk to shopping and restaurants. In the other direction it is 10 min walk to a grocery store and various eateries with 20 min walk-to Cal Poly University. Slo is close to the ocean, wineries and hiking.

I love having this rental and creating a space for people to come visit San Luis Obispo. I have rented the apartment for many years. I own a local pottery studio in town and recently built studio in the back yard making it available for folks to rent and use while staying. You will meet Kitty who is very friendly and loves new faces!

What makes this property unique
Bring your bikes, kayaks and walking shoes. There's a lot to do here in SLO. Beaches are 15 min away, wine tasting in all directions, two movie theaters, Cal Poly University concerts and events. Downtown shopping and plenty of restaurants very close by.
