Property was as good or better than the website. Amenities: Gas grill, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, beach access, and grounds are excellent. The rental, check-in, and check-out process was excellent. Location within walking distance of dining, retail, and bars was excellent. Bike rental across the street is very convenient. Host communication was the best I've experienced, which I really appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay! It would have been nice if there would have been multiple key cards to the pool. A few more pans and kitchen utensils would have been appreciated. The parking deck parking was tight as well. The pool was great and the walk to the beach quick and convenient. All in all it was a great condo and we would definitely come and stay again in the future.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, but sorry to see it was not a 10/10 without knowing :-( If anything seems missing please reach out to let us know. There should be plenty of utensils, but we notice forks and spoons slowing go missing and try to replenish when we are there. While for large vehicles the parking garage can be tight, there are also spots outside of the garage as well that can be used in the future. Hope to host you again!

Absolutely loved the layout of this place! Space to gather as a family and enjoy the sunrise, washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver, short walk to beach, and easy access right off the elevator. Our family really enjoyed this trip!

Fantastic place! Location and views of the water/beach were amazing. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend. Hosts provided lots of details from things to do, to how to work the TVs! We can't wait to return!

The unit was as advertised. The renovation was very nice. It’s a bit cramped but, again, that’s what I saw before hand. The only issue was noisy neighbors above us up til midnight on Friday night. Of course that’s not the owner’s fault but there was no immediate recourse to call for assistance that late.

Absolutely perfect spot for my wife and 2 year old. Access to beach was super easy, hosts were amazing, the heated pools were perfect and close to everything. Already excited to go back!

Great condo for my family of 5. Kids loved the pool/beach/bunk room. The porch was a nice feature with great views of water. Property amenities were resort like. Very clean condo and property. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in 425. It was exactly as listed and we had no issues. Great location next to Hilton Oak resort. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach access. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice, conveniently located condo in Hilton Head

Had a great stay! Owner was easy to work with and having access to the Hilton Resort made it a fantastic place to stay. I will definitely rent again!
