Newly updated cozy home, 3 blocks from town center

Stone 3 bedroom, newly updated home located 3 blocks from town center. Within walking distance to grocery store, shops, laundromat,restaurants, bars, churches and parks. Great location. Entire house has been recently updated .There is a cozy front porch with dining sofa and chairs and a propane firepit. The back porch has a gas grill for your convience. Inside the stylish living room is a non working fireplace and a smart tv on the mantal. The dining room has seating for 6. The downstairs bathroom has a glass surround shower and toliet. The stairs to go up to 2nd floor are extremely steep and not for people who have a hard time climbing stairs. Both bedrooms upstairs have smart TV's .The rear of the house faces a restaurant where there are exhaust fans and their storage area. We are currently working to build a fence between the two.
The location of the property is top notch and the inside decor is stylish with all your needs for a stay in our small historical town. Located close to ski slopes, state parks, amusement park , Fort Ligonier , Farmers market, creek fishing is just across the street. The neighborhood and neighbors are lovely. We live close by for all your needs or questions.

As has been our experience in the past, this was a nice little space in a very convenient location. The kitchen was excellent, with a nice decor and enough kitchen utensils and equipment to do some cooking. The bedrooms were cozy and nicely decorated. This isn't a big space, but it was nicely sized for me and my partner. It was also extremely easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants in town, in addition to the grocery store down the street. Worth checking out, if you're looking for a low key trip to Ligonier.

Nice quiet location with a nice kitchen

This is a very nice, recently renovated location with a nice kitchen and a full-sized refrigerator. It was perfect for doing some cooking over a relaxing long weekend. The entire house is very clean and comfortable, and it's located just a short walk from nearby shops in Ligonier.

A lovely place within walking distance of central Ligonier

This was a lovely little place. The bathrooms on both floors were very clean with modern features. The kitchen was large enough to do a lot of cooking, and all of the kitchen appliances were very nice and highly functional. As noted in the description, the stairs to the second floor are fairly steep, but they weren't really that hard to navigate once I was used to them. I stayed with just me and my partner, but there was room for two couples and a few kids if necessary. The location is within close walking distance of both a grocery store and a nice little downtown area with restaurants, coffee shops, and even a public library. It was very nice to be so close to town. I was a little worried about the restaurant out the rear of the house, but it really wasn't a problem. They actually made pretty good take-out pizza, which was a very convenient side benefit.
