This is a modern 2 bedroom 1 bathroom corporate apartment with full kitchen, completely furnace and ac in all areas. This is in the folder mile , banking area and just walking distance to Coliseo de Puerto Rico. Short drive to old San Juan and District Tmobil . Is you coming from SJU Airport is only 7 minutes drive . If you decide to rent a car is a garage parking available. This building is a gated community. Must attractions are less than 10 miles. Many hotels with casino like la concha , Marriott and Sheraton. Some of the beach to go are El escambron, Islaverde and ocean park. Uber available also in this area or if you prefer can use electric scooter.
