Welcome to Chateau La Mer II, a community located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico with 200 feet of deeded beach access. About a 7 min walk through complex and across the street, beach chairs are available for a fee. This quaint complex offers amenities such as a pool, tennis court, pickleball court, playground, grilling and picnic areas and clubhouse. Unit 1603 is the closest unit to the beach in Chateau La Mer II. This updated unit sleeps 6 comfortably with an open concept floor plan, a shiplap driftwood style wall in the Living Room. The primary bedroom boast a king bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom offers two queen beds with a shared bathroom. Hard flooring throughout. A fully furnished kitchen with everything needed to cook a delightful meal in when not enjoying the area cuisine.

The property was as described for the most part. The master bath needs to be renovated. The shower wall is peeling and there’s visible mildew and black mold in the ac vent; however, there no ceiling fan to remove the humidity. Opening a window doesn’t work as it’s often humid outside and contributes to the overall moisture.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was amazing — literally only about a 3 minute walk from the beach, which made everything so convenient. The condo was cute, charming, and had everything we needed in the kitchen including plenty of plates, silverware, cookware, and even Tupperware, which was a huge plus.A few small things to note: the beds were a little firm for our preference, and the shower heads were mounted fairly low (I’m 5’5” and they felt almost shorter than me). Also, the black makeup towels left some residue when using them.Overall, though, this was a great place to stay with an ideal location, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful place for our family

This is a great place for a family of 6. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and had some space to themselves. We also loved that we were able to cook meals and enjoy them together at the condo. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Awesome place for a getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Chateau La Mer. It was very clean, and looked exactly like the photos. More than enough room for our family of 3. Quick walk to the private beach and easy access to restaurants and shopping!

The condo was clean and had everything we need. The nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were an added bonus. Close walk to the beach! The pictures of this condo on VRBO makes the beach look much further away than it actually is, which was close to being a deterrence from renting the condo. The walk to the beach was not bad.

Beautiful and clean

It was a absolutely awesome stay. The rooms were nice and clean. They had plenty of dishes and utensils to use for cooking inside the kitchen. TVs in every room, even gave us ample blankets and cleaning supplies. We really appreciate the time wspent here.

Awesome condo in a great location

We stayed at this condo with our in-laws and 3 year old son for a family wedding. The condo was clean with a nice large open space for family to gather and had a great location. It is within walking distance to the private beach (much closer than it looks in the photos) and right across from the pool and playground. The check in and out process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again!
