Historic Converted Church - 5 minutes from Lake Michigan!
Ring the bell as you enter the home, and live in this 2500 square foot renovated church. Less than half a mile away from Lake Michigan, this 100 year old church is furnished and has been converted to include two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open chapel area. The property is located on a gravel country road, and is just under 1 acre of land in the rural community of Hagar Township. It is close to all major highways, walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. It is located approximately 10 miles north of St. Joseph, MI, and 15 miles south of South Haven, MI. In this location you feel like you’re remote, but are actually close to all necessities.
