The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, an enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and has easy access to the beach path right across the street. Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The second floor has an open-concept living area and offers a bright airy space with windows across the front of the house. The living area features lots of comfortable seating for your group, a TV, and direct access to the furnished covered deck. The dining table and kitchen bar stools provide lots of seating at mealtime, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. Indoor entertainment options include multiple TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a stereo, and family games.

Perfect location to beach.

Location was perfect. Slightly off the beach, so a bit more cost effective, but literally you only need to cross the street and you’re steps to the water and sand. The view of beach & ocean are nice. The home is in EXTREME need for updating and maintenance. All furniture, including patio is uncomfortable, dated and dirty. Kitchen is overall stocked pretty good… could use baking sheets, wine glasses, muffins/baking pans and scissors. Refrig was very small, washing machine wasn’t working and entire home needs paint to clean up dingy walls. Overall the home was very clean, but it just didn’t seem completely clean because home needs to be updated. The lay out of the home and space was perfect. Nice living/kitchen area. Bedrooms are nice size and each has its own private bath and both outside decks are large, covered and get a nice ocean breeze. Overall, this was a decent home… just in dire need of some maintenance and updating and it wouldn’t take much.

Wonderful beach house

This is our fourth time staying in this home. There’s plenty of space, it’s clean and has a well equipped kitchen. And the most important, this home has great views of the beach.

Beach Time

When enjoyed this house very much. The space was great for our family and the closeness to the beach was perfect. The deck on the front gave us great views especially for the fireworks on the 4th. We did find a few things missing in the kitchen....there were no oven mitts or potholders so we purchased a set as a thank you gift. But we noticed there was no BBQ brush for sauce . Not a huge deal but things that would make cooking easier. Thank you for being a great company to rent from we will continue in the future.
