Come relax in this renovated, simple and stylish studio apartment across the street from the ocean. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. We provide everything you need so you can travel light. You are a 60 second walk away from the ocean. Right in between Jax Beach and Neptune Beach Town Center restaurants and entertainment!
This unit is below the kitchen area of an above apartment. If foot noise is an issue for you, please let us help you find another perfect space.
⚠️ We wanted to inform you in advance about ongoing construction work in the vicinity of our property during your upcoming stay. This will happen between February and September. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, there might be some noise associated with the construction. Jacksonville Beach only allows construction work from 8 am-5 pm, from Monday to Friday.

We want to make you aware that beach and road renourishment projects are underway in our area. As a result, it's possible that some beach access and roads may be closed during your stay.
