Relaxing Getaway

This condo was a great place for us to stay for a long weekend on SPI. When we arrived, it took us a bit longer to figure out where the condo was at because the elevator was out, but there were workers there working to fix it. And once we figured out where the condo was, it was very easy. When we arrived on the property, there was no one at the office to check in. There were signs everywhere saying check in required, but we weren't able to check in until our second day to get parking passes. I'm sure it's a much bigger deal during the summer; there was tons of parking and the property was pretty quiet in December. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to get ready. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quick walk down to the beach was fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place!!

This place has a great set up and great location. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were a great addition for our kids. The pool being heated gave our kids something to do when it was windy or cold. The location to beach is in walking distance which is added bonus! The rooms were spacious and everyone in our family had their own space. We will be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

This is a great property. The condo was updated and very pretty. Great beach access and an awesome pool/jacuzzi. We had a great stay!!

Long weekend

Extremely clean. 2 bunk beds in one rooms the girls I took 4 and 6 really loved them. My grandson love the other room too. Easy ti access everyone staying there were very friendly, will go back soon

Perfect spot on SPI

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is right on the beach, so our walk out to the water every day was short and sweet. We loved all the extras available for our use (sand toys, umbrellas, etc.) The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 7. We wished there were more linens, both in the bathrooms and kitchen, but beach towels were provided for us, which was nice. We had an issue in the kitchen with the dishwasher and hot water in the sink, but someone came out super quick and fixed us back up. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future.
