Propreté lamentable et service de verbo inexistant

La propreté était dans un état d'insalubrité. Il y avait de la moisissure et un dégât d'eau était visible. Il manquait une chambre ( lit cassé et sans matelas). Le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Les salles de bain étaient sales, les draps étaient mouillés dans les machines. L'hôte n'était pas collaboratif et malgré sa promesse, personne n'est passé faire le ménage. Il ne répondait pas au téléphone. Le service à la clientèle de Verbo était déficient. Nous avons fait parvenir des photos à Verbo. Malgré notre instance à avoir une relocalisation, nous n'avons pas eu d'aide. Verbo ne prend pas ses responsabilités face à l' hôte et nous retourne vers l'hôte et disant que nous devons voir avec lui. VERBO PLUS JAMAIS

Great stay

We had an excellent stay in this large house. We gathered 5 other families with children and everyone was comfortable. Jason is very responsive too.

Had a great time but

There wasn't a single towel so we couldnt really shower and there wasnt a single garbage bag(we had some). Ice and water machine on the fridge didnt work. I think the house is really good for a small party but there is quite a bit of damage for anything really fancy. Overall we had a good time

Family gathering for a wedding

The property was in a great location walkable to shops, restaurants, mall, etc. The space was excellent for our needs with 7 bedrooms, six of which had great beds, the sixth was okay for one person but would have been subpar for a couple.
