This house located in the wealthy suburb of Surrey City. There is beautiful and quiet road end. Neighborhood is friendly and community is safety. This house is very suitable for families to stay in. There is a playground in the backyard and a beautiful creek cross there. There are also outdoor table, chairs and BBQ stove.
There is also a sunny patio, you can drink coffee and enjoy sunshine and flowers in the backyard. All belong to you.
Convenient traffic
You can drive 5 min to South Surey Recreation, 7min to White Rock, 30min to Vancoucer International Airport.

I would not recommend anyone - no privacy

Had lots of issue in this property, this was our family trip, we had 18 months to 60+ year also in our group. We been there for our family vacation. Once we get inside the, literally no utensil, cooking pot, coffee cups, plates (only 2/2 units). More interesting things is only 1 paper small towels and 1/1 roll toilet papers. Never seen this kind of poorly managed property. Literally empty kitchen. No privacy here, owner and his family share the room in the same house, he has plastic tape in door may be to make sound proof lol (I have all pictures if anyone need). I have seen them multiple time in backyard and interesting thing is most of the windows do not even have blinds. Long story short, no privacy in this property. You can't even play music at all. We went to local store to get our cooking pot, plates/cups, paper towels, toilet papers, utensil, this unbelievable. If you are traveling 1 or 2 people, don't care your privacy and do not eat in this unit, may be okay, if you are going with family, need privacy, BIG BIG NO. And also, so much wear and tear stuffs in the properly, Owner didn't fix even toilet paper holder as well, we are very disappointed and do not recommend this unit anyone.
