Super Cozy 5 Bedroom Entire House in Ladner
Thank you and welcome to our 5 bedroom home located in Ladner, a charming historical village in Delta with incredibly convenient transportation, just 20minutes drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR), 15 minutes to BC ferry, 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver, 25 minutes from the US border, 20 minutes to Richmond Centre, and 8 minutes to Tsawwassen Mills. Ladner is known for its seasonal celebrations, including May Days, Christmas Tree Festival, Tour de Delta etc…
what's incredible is that Delta's only hospital is 800 m away from our house, and it takes you just 10 minutes walking there
Our home is within walking distance to many amenities such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, restaurants, grocery stores and more, making it the perfect spot for a stress-free stay.
We provide the whole house for you. The first floor houses the kitchen and living room which include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, K-cup coffee machine, 4-slice toaster, electric kettle water boiler. There’s a 50 inches brand new TV in the living room, we provide Netflix subscriptions for you. The second floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor features two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Pleasant and comfortable in Ladner
Our get together was a reunion for a group of nurses who trained at Glasgow Royal Infirmary many years ago.
The location was very pleasant and close to Ladner Village. With 5 bedrooms, we each had our own bedrooms with very comfortable beds.
The property manager was very helpful and responded to my messages promptly.
